Better software emerges through better conversations.

Studio 2 is about what happens after AI’s first answer — and how much of your design gets quietly decided by whether you stop there.

What you will experience

You will work a small, familiar programming problem with AI, under a constraint you would not normally choose. Then the requirements will change. More than once. You will not be allowed to start over.

What this Studio teaches comes from staying in one conversation longer than is comfortable.

What to watch for in yourself

  • The moment you decide the answer is good enough.
  • What your first request left ambiguous — and who resolved that ambiguity, you or the AI.
  • The question that changes the direction of the work.
  • Whether you are asking AI for answers, or actually thinking with it.

What you will produce

A Discovery Conversation Transcript — the turns of a real AI conversation where your thinking changed, and the questions that caused it. It lives in your Explorer Workbook.

Be ready before the session

  • Your AI of choice, signed in and ready to write code.
  • Your IDE of choice, open and working.
  • Your language of choice — whichever you move fastest in.
  • A new, empty project.
  • Your Explorer Workbook, open.

As in Studio 1, you will be working within the first few minutes. There is no setup time inside the session.
