Before anything else, a short orientation — what this Collab is, and what it asks of you. It is the only real orientation talk in the whole Collab.
The short version
- You are an Explorer here, not a spectator. The Collab asks you to notice what is actually happening, not just follow along.
- The real shift this Collab builds is not a tooling shift — it is an identity shift, from using AI as a tool you operate to collaborating with AI while you keep your own judgment fully in the loop.
- Five capabilities, five Studios: SEE, THINK, DESIGN, BUILD, REFLECT.
- The five Studios are live sessions, not videos. You, a small cohort, a facilitator, and AI — working a real exercise together, in real time. This page and the short readings that follow are the only self-study content in the whole Collab.
AI amplifies whatever you bring to it — clear thinking or confused thinking, good design instinct or careless design instinct. This Collab exists to strengthen what you bring.
Before Studio 1
You will need an AI coding collaborator — Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or whatever you already use — open and ready in a fresh project or workspace at the start of the session. Each Studio’s checklist will remind you, but it starts here: this is expected, not a surprise on the day.
