AI can help us move faster. But speed is only useful when we preserve understanding, judgment, and responsibility.

This assessment invites you to pause and notice how you currently work with AI as a developer: how you understand problems, explore ideas, shape designs, build software, verify behavior, and learn from the work.

There is no perfect score. You are not being graded, and the goal is not to perform expertise. Answer according to what you usually do, not what you think you should do.

Your results will give you:

  • a score for each of five AI collaboration capabilities;
  • a picture of your current strengths;
  • one area where a small change may create meaningful leverage; and
  • a starting point you can revisit as your practices evolve.

The assessment takes about 7-10 minutes. When you finish, a personalized report will be emailed to you.

Before you begin, give yourself enough space to answer honestly. Curiosity will be more useful than judgment.
