About Course

More than half of the time spent on Agile teams is spent on work that doesn’t involve writing code: capturing decisions, writing stories, aligning with stakeholders, planning, reviewing, clarifying, and reporting. This is the glue work that makes Agile flow—but it’s also where friction, delays, and duplication hide. AI Meets Agile is a hands-on Ensemble Session designed to show Agile team members how AI can support and streamline the non-coding parts of team collaboration.

We’ll explore how to prompt AI to:

  • Write and refine user stories
  • Split and prioritize work
  • Generate summaries and notes
  • Draft stakeholder updates
  • Prep retrospectives or planning meetings
  • Support team alignment and clarity

And we’ll do it all while reinforcing your team’s values, ethics, and workflow—not replacing them.

What Makes This Training Unique

  • Focused entirely on the real work Agile teams do between commits
  • Accessible to everyone—not just developers
  • Designed to improve communication, coordination, and clarity
  • Led by a coach who bridges Agile expertise and ethical AI collaboration
  • Highly interactive, team-based, and immediately applicable
  • Reinforces Agile values like individuals and interactions, customer collaboration, and responding to change

This isn’t about faster velocity. It’s about deeper alignment and less friction—with AI as your co-facilitator.
