AI-Driven Agile: Full-Day AI Collaboration Lab – Private Session
About Course
The AI-Driven Agile Collaboration Lab is a hands-on, facilitated experience designed to help software teams integrate AI into real development work—without losing judgment, design quality, or ownership.
Many teams adopt AI expecting a productivity boost, but experience something more subtle and concerning instead. Output accelerates, yet confidence erodes. Design conversations fade. Responsibility becomes unclear. Leaders gain speed, but lose visibility into how work is really happening.
This Lab addresses that gap by bringing teams together to work with AI collaboratively, making implicit thinking explicit again and establishing shared norms for how AI is used in real projects.
Rather than teaching tools or prompt tricks, the Lab focuses on how teams think, decide, and collaborate with AI—so productivity improves and quality gets better.
Why This Lab Matters Now
AI is already shaping how teams think, plan, and create. The question is no longer whether AI will be used—but how intentionally it’s integrated into the Agile process.
Without discipline, AI amplifies misalignment and noise.
With the right practices, it becomes a powerful partner in discovery and decision-making.
In this Lab, you’ll learn how to:
-
Work with AI instead of reacting to it
-
Use Agile practices as guardrails for AI-assisted work
-
Improve conversations across technical and non-technical roles
-
Move from efficiency toward collective intelligence
This Lab helps teams stay ahead of the curve—by deepening how they think and collaborate.
What You’ll Learn and Practice
During the Lab, participants will practice how to:
-
Apply Agile analysis and design techniques to guide productive AI collaboration
-
Write clear, testable user stories that humans and AIs can both reason about
-
Use BDD (Given–When–Then) as a shared language for validation and feedback
-
Co-create examples and acceptance criteria with AI as a thinking partner
-
Map workflows that include AI touchpoints and feedback loops
-
Practice daily AI micro-habits that improve clarity, collaboration, and learning
-
Lead teams through the shift from doing work faster to thinking more clearly
You’ll leave not just understanding these practices—but having experienced them in action.
How This Lab Is Run
-
Live, instructor-led online session
-
Highly interactive and hands-on
-
Guided demos, small-group exercises, and reflection
-
Real-time feedback and coaching throughout
Participants work directly with AI during the Lab, applying techniques immediately and learning through shared experience.
How This Lab Fits with ADAI and the Essentials Curriculum
-
Agile Development with AI (ADAI) builds shared understanding, language, and orientation
-
AI-Driven Agile Collaboration Lab (ADCL) builds confidence through hands-on practice
Many teams take ADAI first, then deepen their skills and alignment through the Lab. Together, they form a strong foundation for the broader AI Developer Essentials curriculum.
What’s Next
If you’re interested in a private delivery of this session for your team you’re invited to schedule a conversation.
Private training engagements are scoped collaboratively to ensure fit, depth, and impact. This is a discovery call to explore fit, goals, and next steps. No pressure. Just clarity.
